Have you ever seen the movie A River Runs Through It?

Made 1992, this Robert Redford film about two fly-fishing sons of a minister growing up in rural Montana is one of the most scenic movies I have ever seen. This morning here in Steamboat Springs I swear I could have been on that movie set. While

It is here and it is for real. Fall has officially made its way into Steamboat Springs. The mornings are cooler, the sun sets earlier and I can almost feel the leaves starting to change, but the best part is that the sun is still shinning during the day reminding all of us that summer is not

As far as three day weekends go, this past weekend was full of lots of friends, activities, events and great summer memories. With everything from the Wild West Air Fest going on, to the “Come Sale Away” sidewalk sale, I found myself busy all weekend but with plenty of time to relax. That is what

It is hard to believe that the end of the season is here already. It is always kind of sad when the mountain closes, but this weekend will be sure to meet all expectations. Looks like we have great weather in the forecast and the events and activities this weekend will be endless. Just Saturday and

As my obsession with checking the weather and snow report gets bigger and bigger, I am happy to report that we are expecting some fresh snow today!! Not only does this mean the already amazing skiing is going to get even better but also that we could finally call this our record breaking year for
