Merchant Pass Program

The Steamboat Springs Chamber partners with Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation to offer this program. With an active Chamber membership, you are qualified for the Steamboat Merchant Pass Program. Merchant Passes include Season Pass access, Night Skiing access, F&B and Retail discounts, as well as Friends and Family benefits. This program allows flexibility and low cost transferability if year-round or season staff changes.

Details

Platinum - Unlimited Affidavits

• All Merchant Pass participants must be members in good standing with SSC.
• Intended for use only by employees of the businesses (dependents qualify for discounted rate); contractors and friends are not eligible.
• No kids ski free.
• Night skiing is included in the Merchant Pass.
• First Tracks pass may also be added to any pass pending available inventory.
• Submissions will be reviewed starting September 4, 2025; Agreements will be sent out and deposits collected through November 3, 2025.
• Affidavits will be sent out on November 3, 2025, and must be paid in full by December 11, 2025. If purchased prior to December 11, 2025, Steamboat Springs Chamber members can secure their employees pass rates with initial non-refundable deposits of $99 per pass.
• After the December 11, 2025 deadline, the deposit option will not be available and all pass purchases must be paid in full. Also, any affidavits presented after January 19, 2026 must be accompanied by full payment. Please plan accordingly.
• The total balance due is to be paid no later than January 31, 2026. Payments not made on time will result in redline of all employee passes associated with the Merchant agreement. Each merchant will be provided with a Statement of Account on January 20, 2026. A $75 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. 
• Merchant Passes will no longer be available for purchase after April 1, 2026.
