Learn to Create More Resiliency & Determination in Your Life
August 8, 2023 | 12:00p.m. to 1:30p.m. | 135 6th St.
Have you ever wanted or had to start over in your relationships or your career? Come listen to Steamboat local, Robin Schepper, as she shares her life and career journey, and offers advice on how to overcome adversity. Married twice, with two adopted children and a career that spanned broadcast journalism, presidential political campaigns, and working in the White House, twice, Robin has had many reincarnations in her life. Her recent memoir, Finding My Way: A Memoir of Identity, Family and Political Ambition, tells us the story of a young girl raised by a single Pan Am stewardess mother and German immigrant grandmother in the 1960s in New York City; and how she navigated a male-dominated workplace to find her career and build her family, despite health and emotional challenges. Come join us for an exciting conversation about the road to resilience and determination. Learn more about Robin’s book here.
