Y.E.S. Golf Tournament

33rd Annual Y.E.S. Golf Tournament & After Party
The Youth Education Scholarship (Y.E.S.) Golf Tournament is organized by the Young Professionals Network and the Steamboat Springs Chamber. We are thrilled to be able to provide scholarships for local youth in Routt County through this event and are committed to continuing to support graduating seniors.
The Tournament
The tournament format is a mixed scramble with four-player teams. There is no handicap required; however, no team may have more than two players with handicaps of 12 or less. Check-in begins at 10 am, shotgun start at 11 am.
Registration Info
Registration fees include golf cart, bag of swag, and food following the tournament. Register your team below!
The Course
The Y.E.S. Golf Tournament is played at Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club, a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed course, managed by Troon Golf.
The Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, with additional prizes for the longest drives, longest putt and drives closest to the center line, just to name a few.
The After Party
YPN is currently monitoring the COVID-19 regulations and guidelines from the state and county. Please check back for updates on the after party.
2022 Scholarship Winners
Indi Kretzschmar
Indi Kretzschmar was born and raised in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. He graduated from the Steamboat Springs High School with a 4.2 GPA. Indi has committed to the University of Colorado-Boulder, in the college of Engineering and Applied Science. He intends to earn a dual major in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. After undergraduate, Indi plans to attend graduate school and hopefully earn a PhD in mathematics. Indi loves ice hockey, rock climbing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, golfing and lifting weights, and generally hanging-out with his friends.
Axel Kovach
Axel Kovach graduated from Steamboat Springs High School and will be attending the University of Oregon. He plans to study Business Management and Spanish. Outside of his academic life, Axel is a competitive soccer player and skier. His soccer career led him to work for a non-profit organization based in El Salvador. Axel spends his summers in El Salvador coaching underprivileged and incarcerated youth.
Emi Ramirez
Emi graduated from Soroco High School in Oak Creek, Colorado. She will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall and plans to study Animal and Meat Sciences. She has a strong passion for agriculture and wants to be a role model for young women in a male predominant field.
Luke Duksa
Luke recently graduated from Soroco High School in Oak Creek, Colorado. He will be attending University of Wyoming and plans to earn a degree in Agriculture Business. He also hopes to minor in Plant and Animal Science. He chose a degree in Agriculture because of his past experiences as a ranch hand and in FFA. He loves agriculture and sees himself eventually moving back to Routt County and owning his own ranch.
Cassidy Wall
Cassidy is a Routt County native and graduated valedictorian from Hayden High School. She will be attending Laramie County Community College this fall to study Medical Diagnostic Sonography. She hopes to one day become a traveling sonographer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with animals, welding, and being outdoors.
