Join the Chamber and Kathryn Pedersen, Operating Branch Manager at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, to learn a few of the most important factors when starting the home-buying process. There are a few vital things to do to prepare for purchase even if you are a few years out. This session will allow you to begin the homebuying endeavor early, and with basic knowledge and familiarity of the primary steps of purchase. We will also review how much a buyer may need down, what is included in mortgage payments, and how to calculate what a buyer can qualify for versus what they are comfortable paying. Our goal is to prepare you to make good choices, arm you with a head start, and help you achieve your goal of homeownership.

Angelica Salinas, our Membership Manager will be available to chat about various topics including Chamber membership, event sponsorships, utilizing your member benefits, Chamber work & programs, navigating the member portal, and any other questions you have. Come support a local business by buying a cup of coffee while networking with us!
