Core Values Index for Business Success: Smarter Hiring, Stronger Teams
Calling all business owners, team leaders, and jobseekers to unlock the power of the Core Values Index (CVI), the world’s most reliable personality and psychometric assessment! Unlike traditional assessments that focus on ability or adaptability, the CVI measures suitability - predicting the types of work people will naturally engage in and find meaningful, as well as the areas they won’t. The CVI has a 97.7% repeat score reliability, significantly higher than any other assessment of personality tool.
In this session, you’ll learn how to use the CVI to:
- Make smarter hiring decisions by pre-screening candidates for role suitability
- Align team members with roles that match their innate strengths and core values
- Delegate tasks effectively to improve team performance and satisfaction
