June 24 | 10-11am | Zoom
Join the Chamber and Cynthia Daughtery of Beyer & Associates, LLC for Built to Last: Estate & Succession Planning. This session will take you through the estate planning process and what options are available to you when the unexpected happens.
This webinar will provide information on estate planning and the basic documents you need in place, whether you are a business owner or an individual.
We'll cover common questions like:
What is probate and how does that affect me with and without a plan?
What is a trust and why do I need one or not need one?
Plus, you'll get a checklist of what you need to have organized for your plan and discuss documents you need in your business, depending on the type of business and why these are important to have in place.
