June 7, 2026
Aid Stations
Aid stations for the marathon and half-marathon are located at miles 3, 6.5, 10, 13, 15.5, 18, 20.5, 22.5,24.5, and the finish. Event Medical Solutions staff is available at aid stations at miles 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10k turnaround and finish line.
For the 10K, an aid station will be located at the 5K mark and the finish line.
Each Aid Station will have:
- Water
- PF 30 Gel, PF 30 Chew (Original), PF 30 Chew (Mint & Lemon), and PH 1000 Electrolyte Drink (Low-cal) will be available at the aid stations to help you hit your numbers
- PF 30 Gel delivers 30g of carbohydrate into your system, fast. They have a mild, neutral "Original" flavor to reduce flavor fatigue and a texture designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimize the need to wash them down with fluid. They’re Informed Sport certified, vegan, and contain no artificial ingredients.
- PF 30 Chews can feel more satisfying to eat than gels during longer races and when working at slightly lower intensities. They're a great way to mix up your fueling plan. Each packet contains 2 chews, efficiently delivering 15g of carbs each. The ‘Original’ flavor chews have a very mild, citrus-based taste. It contains no artificial ingredients and is vegan.
- The Mint & Lemon flavor PF 30 Chew is a refreshing option when you're working hard, especially in hot conditions. Each packet contains 2 chews, efficiently delivering 15g of carbs each. It contains no artificial ingredients and is vegan.
- PH 1000 is a low-calorie, high-strength electrolyte drink designed to help you stay hydrated when you're sweating. It delivers 1,000 milligrams of sodium per liter (32oz) and will be served pre-mixed. Use other fueling options on-course to hit your carb numbers.
After reading that, you might be asking yourself, “How do I make this work for me on race day?” As we all sweat differently, it’s time to take a little test and build out your strategy with the Fuel & Hydration Planner. The Steamboat Marathon and Precision built this planner based on all the specifics of the course you are running.
The best advice when it comes to running a race is nothing new on race day. That means your fuel and hydration, too! Use the code STEAMBOAT26 to get 15% off your first order at
