Well, there is a first time for everything! This weekend was my first time snowmobiling in the backcountry of Steamboat Springs. It was absolutely amazing. On Saturday I was fortunate enough to go with my boyfriend and his parent up Buffalo Pass, just a few miles outside of Steamboat Springs. It was a gorgeous day and I (who never thought I would like snowmobiles) took to it fairly quickly. Some of use skied in the backcountry while the others were in charge of driving, the whole experience was so much fun and a very eye opening to the world snowmobiling and…how much I love chairlifts at the ski area. It was such a great day and very memorable experience.
