The first flights of the winter season arrived this week at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport. With the arrival of our guest to Steamboat we also have snow in the forecast. We have been receiving some dustings of snow often but I am thinking Mother Nature is going to welcome our guest with some fresh powder. Maybe this is wishful thinking since I have the weekend off but it is exciting to think about. I can’t wait to have a day skiing similar to last year when there is more powder than I know what to do with.
