Want to get some great exercise this weekend and also take a stand on a very important issue? If so, the 7th Annual Colorado Ski for Women is an event you cannot miss. Presented by the Advocates Against Battering and Abuse and the Steamboat Ski Touring Center, this non-competitive event is a great opportunity to come together to address the issue of domestic and sexual violence occurring in our community. Cross country ski or snowshoe a 5 kilometer course at the touring center. Registration is from 9:00 to noon, all participants are eligible for prizes and have the opportunity to bid on silent auction items. The theme for the event is "A Black Tie Affair" so come dressed accordingly.
