Show your local love for restaurants

There are many ways you can support local restaurants, breweries, and eateries – even with dine-in temporarily closed. Please consider these alternative ways to show your love for our restaurants and satisfy your cravings!

1. Order Take-Out or Delivery

Just because you can’t dine-in doesn’t mean you can’t dine-in-style! Enjoy your favorite meals and drinks to-go in the comfort of your home. That’s right, now you can have your favorite comfort meals prepared for you hot and ready to eat or delivered to your front door! Visit our Takeout & Delivery Guide to get started.
Go the Extra Mile: Leave a big tip for restaurant workers whenever you can.

2. Grab a Gift Card

Can’t decide on a gift this year for your loved ones? Give the gift of tasty eats and delicious treats sure to spread holiday cheer. Even if you don’t plan on using the card until you can dine-in again, purchasing one now is a great way to do your part in supporting restaurants.
Go the Extra Mile: Buy multiple gift cards and use them as stocking stuffers this holiday season.

3. #DineOutSteamboat

It’s time to put on your fresh winter gear and layer up to dine in our winter wonderland this season on restaurant patios and outdoor dining spaces. Warm-up with a tasty beverage as you bask in the Colorado sunshine and snow.
Go the Extra Mile: Use #DineOutSteamboat to be featured on our social channels and encourage others to enjoy outdoor dining this winter.

4. Order Family Meals

Take a break from cooking by ordering a family meal from a local eatery instead. Many restaurants have dinners for 2, 4, or 6-person families with options to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Family meals are also great options for the upcoming holidays.
Go the Extra Mile: Order and pay online for less contact during the process – many restaurants will even deliver curbside!

5. Follow the 6 Commitments

Do your part to keep our community safe and help them open back up by following the 6 Commitment of Containment. The best way to help restaurants is to slow the spread so they can open their doors for dine-in.
Go the Extra Mile: Choose curbside delivery whenever possible and use contactless payments over cash or cards to minimize contact and exposure.

6. Pay It Forward

Support our restaurants AND each other this season by buying lunch for a friend or the entire team. Order online and have it delivered to essential workers, your neighbors or friends. If you’re able to pay it forward and give a little extra, your kindness will definitely be remembered!
Go the Extra Mile: Know someone who became recently unemployed and could use a reason to smile? Surprise them with takeout from their favorite local spot.

7. Be Kind

Restaurants are working hard to continue serving our community and visitors. They have implemented the highest level of safety and sanitization standards to make sure we can enjoy the best meals and delicious drinks while staying healthy. Please be patient with them as they navigate new restrictions and procedures and pick up your take-out with a smile (under your mask, of course!).
Go the Extra Mile: Order ahead and online when necessary and make sure you do not cancel orders at the last minute.
