Outdoor adventure in endless in Steamboat Springs. If you want a relaxing walk or bike ride, check out the Yampa River Core Trail, a multi-use trail that takes users from one side of town to the other with many spots to stop and enjoy along the way. For some dirt adventure, head to Emerald Mountain to enjoy single-track mountain bike trails that offer views of our valley.

Relax at the Yampa River Botanic Park
Tired from your hike or need a place to relax and each your lunch? The Yampa River Botanic Park is a six acre gem of over 50 gardens with ponds, benches and sculptures. Each garden is in a unique setting with its own slope, sun exposure, soil chemistry, trees and shrubs which determine what will grow. The park is free also free and open from May – October.
