SOAR - Serving Older Adults in Routt

SOAR aims to meet the needs of older adults in our community. We deliver Meals on Wheels across Routt County and offer weekly community meals. SOAR provides transportation for our clients to and from meals, medical appointments, and essential destinations. We also offer Helping Hands home care, recreation and social opportunities, and healthy aging resources.
