- Directions: Take US 40 west to Steamboat. Once you come down from Rabbit Ears Pass, you will look for the 1st stoplight in the valley (about 2 miles after you get to the bottom of the pass). That 1st stoplight is Walton Creek Road. Take a right onto Walton Creek Road, go about 1/2 mile until you see Village Drive. Take a left onto Village Drive. Go to the end of Village Drive (about 1/4 mile) to the stop sign. Take a right at the stop sign onto Après Ski Way. We are the 2nd driveway on the left and there is a sign right by the road that reads "Ptarmigan".
