On Friday and Saturday nights during the ski season months, a modern snowcat featuring a fully enclosed climate controlled cabin with 13 bucket seats and large window views will make a magical journey to the Four Points Lodge. This special mountain top culinary experience will be rooted in the flavors and traditions of Northern Italy offering a sophisticated evening tucked warmly inside the cozy lodge under a night sky filled with stars.
The upscale 5 course family style dinner will start with a Chefs’ Charcuterie platter and then complimented with a Caesar Salad and a Tuscan Bean Soup. Following the starters, Chef Shaw will present a family style Corse Di Pasta. Our Portata Principale will offer a selection of Italian entrees ranging from Gnocchi Napoleon to Braised Lamb Shank. The final course will complete your culinary experience with a Dolce selection of Tiramisu and Zabaglione.
