The Steamboat Springs Chamber and Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation are proud to present the Empower conference (previously the DEI Summit). This conference equips attendees with strategies for implementing DEI principles, progressive HR policy, and inclusive company culture into their organizations.
Through a mixture of speakers, workshops, and panel discussions, the summit will offer valuable insights and training that both businesses and individuals can put into practice to empower themselves and their organizations.
