The Tour de Steamboat is a legendary non-competitive cycling event in Colorado offering four different route distances for riders of all ages and abilities. Whether you sign up for 26, 46, 66 or 116 miles, all riders are encouraged to go at their own pace, take advantage of the superb support, and enjoy the scenery and history of Northwest Colorado.
Originally hosted by the legendary frame builder, Kent Eriksen, in the late 1970's, the Tour de Steamboat has evolved into an epic Colorado cycling event (including two stages from the 2011 USA Pro Cycling Challenge).
Event participation is limited to 1,000, ensuring a friendly and personal experience with no waiting in line at aid stations. The post-ride party features a beer garden with local microbrews and western-style barbecue.
