Without Greg's style of being laid back and patient much of the time but direct and definitive when necessary, we likely would not have a home or would have bought something that we would now have possible serious regrets about. Greg was available anytime to answer any questions or ideas that we had (and looking back some were awful ideas but he handled all of it with the utmost professionalism). McKenzie Marx was perfect in her role as transaction coordinator for this purchase. She was organized and kept us on task when needed. We were highly impressed with the entire process that Colorado Group has implemented. On a side note I believe that Josh Kagan is a lender that has an affiliation with The Group as well. While we did not move forward with his services due to him not having a product offering that fit our needs as well as the lender we ultimately went with I still want to mention him in this review. In the brief interactions I had with Josh I was thoroughly impressed with his confidence and knowledge in his position and industry. We took quotes from 3 lenders and while I spoke to the other 2 lenders 50 to 1 compared to the times I spoke to Josh he by far was the most impressive. We were able to get a rate almost 0.5 percent better than Josh could offer but even then I still had to really think through our decision as Josh gave me the most confidence to get the deal done when compared to the other 2 lenders. At the end of the day the difference was just too high to justify going with Josh. When I informed him of this he handled it so well that I gained a respect for him that is hard to match in a lot of business dealings anymore. I hope to have the opportunity to work with him in the future on something; possibly a refinance or some other project. He is a serious asset to your company; all 3 of the individuals mentioned in this review truly are.

My wife and I worked with Greg on the purchase of our home in Steamboat and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a broker. We dealt with many challenges during this process including: very limited inventory, intense competition, quickly rising prices and volatile interest rates. Greg was as good as could ask for in helping us to navigate these issues. He is patient when appropriate but also direct and honest with you when needed, whether it is what you want to hear or not.
