Randall W. Hannaway is a founding partner of Colorado Group Realty, LLC, Steamboat's largest and most respected locally-owned real estate and development firm. Randall fell in love with Steamboat Springs 24 years ago, when he stopped by on a motorcycle trip through the Rockies and decided to call it home. Randall spent six years serving on the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment where he reviewed and approved several of the city's highest-profile projects. He has also served two terms as president of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and was named "Broker of the Year" twice by his peers. He currently resides in Steamboat Springs with his wife, Jane, and their two children, John and Sarah. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and has a passion for flying, music, and technology.

Kevin Dietrich is an owner/broker of Colorado Group Realty with 10 years experience in the Steamboat real estate market. Kevin is a transplant from Buffalo, New York and has called Steamboat home since 2002. His passion for skiing and the outdoors comes from recreating in the Alleghany Mountains in Southern New York. After attending St. Bonaventure University and Galway University Kevin moved to Steamboat to pursue the next chapter in his life. Real estate and wildlife photography quickly took hold of him and he hasn't looked back since. He works tirelessly for his clients and treats each of them the way he would expect to be treated.
