Lodging with Meeting Space

Nestled at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, the Base Area Conference Center offers ample and diverse space for your conference or event. Having previously hosted world-class, large-scale events like the Governor’s Tourism Conference, USA Pro Challenge Start, and the Optometric Association Conference, this diverse space includes indoor and outdoor options.

Plan a reception at Thunderhead Lodge via a gondola ride with breathtaking views of the Yampa Valley, or host an expo along the Promenade which is the definition of slopeside in the winter, and is accented by the cascade of Burgess Creek in the summer. Just steps away are summer hiking and biking trails and the vast outdoor winter opportunities abound at the Steamboat Ski Resort.
