32nd Annual Y.E.S. Golf Tournament & After Party
The Youth Education Scholarship (Y.E.S.) Golf Tournament is organized by the Young Professionals Network and the Steamboat Springs Chamber.
The funds are awarded in two categories, Routt County high school graduating seniors and past recipients of the scholarship. Download the 2020 scholarship application.
To date, over $100,000 in total funding has been awarded.
The tournament format is a mixed scramble with four-player teams. There is no handicap required; however, no team may have more than two players with handicaps of 12 or less.
Registration fees include golf cart, bag of swag, and food following the tournament.
Check-in is at 10:00 a.m. on June 3 and tee off is at 11:00 a.m. Register early, the 2019 tournament sold out! Sign up to play today.
The Y.E.S. Golf Tournament is played at Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club, a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed course, managed by Troon Golf.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, with additional prizes for the longest drives, longest putt and drives closest to the center line, just to name a few.
The After Party
The tournament is followed by cocktails and appetizers at the Rollingstone Restaurant beginning at 4 p.m. This is open to players.

2019 Y.E.S. Scholarship Winners
Cassidy Crawford, Hayden High School
Cassidy Crawford graduated as the valedictorian of Hayden High School and intends to major in Food and Nutrition. Cassidy also graduated suma cum laude from Colorado Northwestern Community College. A concurrent scholar Cassidy is the recipient of the Montana University System Honors Scholarship. She participated in FBLA, student council, theatre, National Honors Society, and 4-H while in high school, and was the starting libero for the varsity volleyball team. She also works at a local nonprofit after school youth program year-round, as has for all four years of high school. Cassidy is the daughter of Hollie Sutton from Hayden, Colorado.
Truman Amarella, Soroco High School
Truman has been playing the piano for twelve years, and the trumpet for six. In school, he participated in multiple sports, such as basketball, cross country, and football. He also loves being outside. He will major in environmental science.
Jace Logan, Soroco High School
As a top-ranked student in his grade, Jace was on the honor roll every quarter since sixth grade and is a member of the National Honors Society. In addition, he is also active in football, wrestling, and rodeo. He plans to attend the University of Wyoming on a rodeo scholarship and study Animal Science.
Allison Ingols, Hayden High School
While attending Hayden High School, Allison participated in volleyball, basketball, and track and field, qualifying for State Track three of those years. She was also an active member and held offices in FBLA, NHS, Class Council, and Student Council, qualifying for Nationals in FBLA. An active member in 4-H she raised both pigs and chickens, as well as holding various officer positions. She plans to attend the University of Wyoming and major in Wildlife Biology.
Felicia Boleng, Soroco High School
Felicia was born in Wyoming and raised in South Routt County. She will attend the University of Northern Colorado to study Elementary Education. She hopes to someday come back and teach in the Soroco school district.
