Wayfinder Strategies works with businesses, non-profits and governmental agencies to optimize their work by providing training, facilitation, strategic planning, communications and individual coaching. Wayfinder’s founder and president, Robin Schepper, is a passionate and committed leader with extensive managerial experience. She uses her experience to create tailored solutions for her clients.
For over 25 years, Robin's career has spanned many positions including working on numerous presidential campaigns and in the White House; co-founding a public affairs firm in Seattle; serving as staff director for the Senate Democratic Technology and Communications Committee; working as a consultant to the Athens 2004 Olympic Games; serving as the first Executive Director of Michelle Obama’s children’s health initiative, Let’s Move! and working with the Bipartisan Policy Center and the Department of Defense on improving food systems. She contributed to two reports on addressing obesity: Lots to Lose: How America’s Health and Obesity Crisis Threatens our Economic Future and The Healthy Base Initiative Report.
