The Steamboat Institute

The Steamboat Institute promotes America’s first principles and inspires active involvement in the defense of liberty. We accomplish our mission by hosting an annual Freedom Conference & Festival each August in Steamboat Springs, by sponsoring a Speaker Series throughout the year (currently in Boulder and Steamboat Springs) and by sponsoring a journalism fellowship – The Tony Blankley Chair for Public Policy & American Exceptionalism – which is open to aspiring journalists nationwide.
