Kiyah Roe was born and raised in Colorado. When she attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, she knew the mountains would always be her home. Kiyah followed her heart back to the Yampa Valley in 2007, where her family has owned property since the 1970’s. She loves and enjoys Steamboat with all it has to offer. Having lived and worked in the area for almost a decade, Kiyah has garnered a wealth of knowledge about Steamboat and the surrounding areas. With more than eleven years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Kiyah has developed strong customer service-based values, and mastered the art of multitasking in a high paced environment. Her approach to problem solving revolves around careful listening and developing a nuanced understanding of the client’s needs. Over the past five years, Kiyah has also developed a passion for real estate, after gaining experience in income property renovation and management. Combining her customer service mentality, her eye for design, and her practical understanding of space utilization, Kiyah realized that real estate was her calling. She loves being engaged with the Steamboat community and helping clients meet their real estate goals. In her free time you can find Kiyah riding horses in the Flat Tops Wilderness, dirt biking in the Sand Wash, or skiing our famous Steamboat Springs Champagne Powder. Kiyah is also an international traveler. She lived part of her life in Israel, has visited several countries, and recently visited her family home in Salzburg, Austria. Her background gives her the foundation she needs to serve Sotheby’s International Realty’s broad and diverse client base.
