Join Yampa River Botanic Park for another amazing summer of Yoga on the lush lawn of the Yampa River Botanic Park.
Practicing on the Park Green is unlike any class you’ve ever taken. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, delicate gardens and a serene pond, you’ll find the peace and stillness inherent in the Botanic Park.
On the fourth Sunday of every month, Qigong will be taught by Sarah Braat, owner of Sage Healing Arts. Qigong (chee gong) integrates gentle movement and attention to breath drawing in energy from nature as it circulates throughout the body.
The Park is free and classes are by donation. All levels are welcome! Please bring a mat or towel and water.
