Yampatika's Wild Edible Feast

Support a long history of excellent Environmental Education in the Yampa Valley and join us for our 25th Anniversary of Wild Edible Feast.

Join us for what will certainly be a fun evening of sampling and judging wild fare.

The five chefs at The Commons Food Hall will each be given a random bundle of foraged plants and game and will be tasked with making their best dish. Our guests will then be the judges of these food items. Dishes will be rated on Most Creative, Most Unique, Best Flavor, Best Use of Ingredients, and Best Overall.

You will also enjoy one free cocktail infused with locally foraged botanicals provided by Routt Distillery and locally inspired desserts by Mary Ann Ninger.
