Women Who Thrive: Recovery Women’s Group
Women Who Thrive is a weekly Recovery Women’s Group hosted by The Health Partnership, offering a supportive space for women navigating recovery from anything—substances, mental health challenges, family impacts, trauma, or life transitions.
This 12-week series blends connection, empowerment, and practical life skills in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Learn practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and create calmer moments in daily life.
Week 4 – Boundaries & Balance
Focus on setting healthy boundaries and finding balance in relationships, responsibilities, and self-care.
SESSION 2: Empowerment & Growth
Week 1 – Confidence Building
Strengthen self-trust and confidence through reflection, discussion, and shared experiences.
Week 2 – Goal Setting
Learn how to set realistic, values-based goals and create steps that feel achievable and supportive.
Week 3 – Financial Wellness
Discuss money stress, financial basics, and tools that can support stability and peace of mind.
Week 4 – Career & Skills
Explore skill-building, career growth, and personal development—wherever you are in your journey.
SESSION 3: Connection & Reflection
Week 1 – Healthy Relationships
Learn what healthy relationships look like and how to foster connection while protecting your well-being.
Week 2 – Mental Health Awareness
A supportive conversation around mental health, coping tools, and when to seek support.
Week 3 – Celebrating Strengths
Reflect on personal strengths, progress, and resilience—seen and unseen.
Week 4 – Closing & Celebration
Celebrate growth, connection, and the journey shared. A meaningful close to our time together.
