Overview
Designed specifically for the THRIVE community of leaders, this one-hour experiential workshop offers practical, evidence-based tools to navigate stress, build resilience, and lead with greater clarity in demanding professional environments. Participants will practice simple, accessible micro-practices and breathing techniques that support nervous system regulation, enhance focus, and improve communication both personally and within their teams.

Each participant will leave equipped with practical tools they can immediately apply both in and outside the workplace to support these outcomes.
