RISE: Energy and Inclusion Yoga at Harmony Yoga and Wellness

Attention all sober, sober curious, and those looking for a community safe place: Join us for weekly yoga sessions of an Energy and Inclusion experience!
This class will take place from 5:45-7:15PM at Harmony Yoga and Wellness in Steamboat Springs. This is a class, and ALL levels of experience are welcome (even beginners)! Not only is it a safe spot, but the atmosphere is very relaxing and it's a great way to connect and breathe peacefully with yourself and others. Don't have a mat? No problem- Come as you are!
