    Jennifer Lewis is a Certified EOS Implementer and Certified Outgrow Advisor who helps growth-minded business owners and leadership teams get unstuck and grow with clarity and confidence. She works with companies ranging from $2M–$30M in revenue, helping them strengthen leadership, improve execution, and create predictable revenue growth of 15–30%.

    Jennifer brings deep experience scaling businesses, including helping grow a national retail organization from 5 locations to over 350. Her approach is practical, human, and focused on simple behaviors that create real traction. She is based in Northern Colorado and works with companies across the U.S.
