Commercial Air Service

The Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN) is located 22 miles west of Steamboat Springs near the town of Hayden. The airport offers direct flights from 15 cities and hosts six major airlines – Alaska, American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest and United. Steamboat Springs is located 3.5 hours from Denver International Airport (DEN).

Private and Charter Airport

The Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN) offers private charters. Atlantic Aviation also offers private charters and FBO services out of HDN.

The City of Steamboat Springs operates the Steamboat Springs Airport, also known locally as Bob Adams Field, as a general aviation facility serving private aircraft owners and charter companies.

Regional Bus

Bustang offers daily transport from Denver with regularly scheduled stops including Hayden, Steamboat Springs, Kremmling, Hot Sulphur Springs, Granby, Tabernash, Fraser, Winter Park, Idaho Springs, the Denver Federal Center and Denver’s Union Station, where you can connect to DEN.

Local Bus

Steamboat Springs Transit provides a free, citywide bus service year-round seven days a week. The convenient service runs from early morning to late evening with separate schedules for the summer and winter seasons.
