Safer at Home
Colorado is currently under the Safer at Home Order through May 26. The Order can be extended or rescinded at any time. Coloradans are no longer ordered to stay home but are strongly advised to stay at home. Critical businesses are open and non-critical businesses are operating with restrictions.
Routt County is in alignment with the state order with the following additional provisions/ requirements:
- All employees and customers are required to wear face coverings in public locations such as grocery stores, pharmacies, hardware stores, etc. It is recommended to wear a facemask whenever you are outside and have the potential of being near people within six feet.
- Short-term lodging, including hotels, motels, private rentals, and camping, are temporarily closed to new visitors through May 31, 2020.
- Businesses that are open are required to have a site mitigation plan through May 27, 2020.
