Presented by Strings Music Festival
Chatham County Line has crafted top-notch, original modern bluegrass music that draws upon American roots while acknowledging its own members’ backgrounds in rock ‘n’ roll.
Characterized by poignant songwriting and inventive arrangements, Chatham County Line’s latest album, Autumn, sees the quartet working comfortably in its sweet spot. Built around songwriter/guitarist Dave Wilson’s clever lines and compelling vignettes, the record is a treasure trove of the wistful balladry and dynamic toe-tappers that have become the band’s hallmarks. John Teer (mandolin/fiddle), Chandler Holt (banjo), and Greg Readling (bass) add vocal harmonies and contribute impeccable yet unconventional picking.
Catch them at Strings before they open for the Avett Brothers at Red Rocks on July 8.
To purchase tickets, please check back after April 25 when tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. MST.
