Luckily this weekend in the Rocky Mountains was pretty close to perfect weather wise and even closer to perfect activity wise. Taking advantage of all the mountains have to offer is a ton of fun and it is easy to do new things every weekend. This weekend started with a round of golf at Haymaker Golf Course on Friday afternoon right after work. With a great group of people and impeccable weather it was a great start to the weekend. Saturday I spent the day at Steamboat Lake with some friends boating, wakeboarding and wake-surfing. There were a ton of people out on their boat and a lot of kids out playing on the beach enjoying the last weekend before school.

Yesterday though, took the cake as far as weekend days go. In the morning I traveled out to Lake Catamount for the Steamboat Triathlon where three of my co-workers were participating. Not only did we all have a great time watching and cheering them on, but they got second in the women’s relay event. They were great! It is weekends like this that make coming into the office on a Monday morning not that bad.
