Now, I have never claimed to be much of a morning person, but with the Steamboat Triathlon quickly approaching (Sunday, August 30th) and the hot summer weather making lunch time jogs hard to handle, I have now turned to morning workouts to help me prepare for my race. This morning I was able to get in a good swim in at the Old Town Hot Springs and yesterday I was able to run in my neighborhood. The temperature in the morning is perfect and it is nice to get the work out done and out of the way. Who knows, I may just become a morning person. Five weeks until the race. I would love comments and suggestions for training for a triathlon. Got any advice?
