STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO—February 21, 2005--Steamboat Springs and Continental Airlines have teamed up for the second consecutive season to provide nonstop daily summer jet service from Houston, Texas into Steamboat Springs' Yampa Valley Regional Airport (airport code: HDN) for the 2005 summer season.
"Just as Continental’s winter service has provided convenient access to Steamboat for our winter guests, this summer flight continues to provide the same nonstop jet service with easy one-stop connections, nationwide,” said Andy Wirth, vice president of marketing & sales for the resort. "We’re thrilled to welcome Continental Airlines back to Steamboat Springs for the summer of 2005.”
Continental Airlines will operate a daily 50-passenger Embraer RJ 145 jet aircraft from Houston (IAH) into the Yampa Valley Regional Airport. Nonstop air service begins June 9, 2005 and runs through September 6, 2005, with the exception of Aug 30-31, Sept 1 and Sept. 3-4. The inbound flight departs IAH at 5:30pm, arriving in Steamboat/Hayden at 7:30pm. Outbound service departs Steamboat/Hayden at 8:45am, arriving back in IAH at 12:15pm.

Steamboat/Hayden (HDN) Airport is just 22 miles/35kms from the town of Steamboat Springs. The daily summer nonstop flights on Continental Airlines from Houston are available for booking, along with all-inclusive resort packages, through Steamboat Central Reservations® at 1-800-922-2722.
