The Yoga Center of Steamboat is a Sangha (community) created to provide a sacred space for education and practices that promote a life in balance: a healthy body, peaceful mind, and joyful heart for both students and teachers. We are located in downtown Steamboat Springs, overlooking the Yampa River and Emerald Mountain. Our beautiful studio offers students and teachers a place of tranquility and peace. Listen to the sound of the river, gaze at budding aspen trees, and enjoy the serenity of nature. We offer a variety of classes and teachers. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, the Yoga Center provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.

- Directions: From Lincoln Ave. turn on 7th toward the Yampa River. We are above E3 Chophouse. Go through the main door of the building and up the inside staircase to access the studio. The Yoga Center is located on the 2nd floor to the right.
